Invasive Species Removal

Volunteers will remove buckthorn, a woody invasive shrub. By clearing invasive species from our parks, we are creating healthier ecosystems for our native species.

Participants must follow COVID-19 safety protocols and capacity guidelines.

  • Keep your distance Practice proper (6-feet) social distancing with people outside your household.
  • Wear a mask Face masks are required when in any indoor spaces (including restrooms) or when outdoors and social distancing cannot be maintained.
  • Stay home if sick If you have a fever, respiratory symptoms, just not feeling well or have had a known COVID-19 exposure within the last 14 days, please stay home.
